It was a lovely experience in an absolutely great hotel. The personnel were very, very nice and made me feel welcome. The breakfast was lovely and exceptionally nice with fresh cooked eggs; the location was favourable. The service was all in all excellent. I appreciated the stay and would stay here again...

The hotel is well situated, very well priced and the food is also very good.
The rooms are small and very outdated - in desperate need of an overhaul!

Hot breakfast with plenty of nice foods. A decent size room, a bath and a shower in the room. Magnificent and perfect location in a residential area, particularly good restaurants in the local area. Located away from the main road.

We had a great experience during our one-night stay, the room was of good quality with a spacious king-size bed and beautiful garden views.

Friendly and pleasant staff. Good breakfast and good location for m6 and shopping areas.
The corridors and the single room I had are very tired and in need of redecoration ! The carpets are dirty and need replacement. I did not like being in my room without shoes on as the carpet was quite dirty all needs a little updating.

Very good parking facilities, though the speed humps are rather excessive. Friendly staff; if not slightly odd. Very nice full English breakfast.
No Espresso facilities in the hotel!!! Hotel very much in need of an overhaul, the carpets were beyond belief and as soon as you venture upstairs to your room, the smell of old tobacco is enough to knock out even the 20 a day smoker. I was supposed to have a superior room, if it was I didn't notice.

we wanted to stay where it was convenient to be near our family to visit. It was a last minute decision and the perfect choice. I must say the single premier room my son stayed he thought it was the best part of his weekend!!! We arrived late and tired after our journey from Southampton, thank God the bar food was open - the best fish we ever had absolutely delicious. The rooms were clean and there was no noise during the night...good location. We will definitely book here again.

This place has a modern and pleasant vibe, and the employees at the reception desk are incredibly hospitable—it's in an ideal location within close proximity to Housekeeping and a nearby mini supermarket.

As a business traveller, this is a very adequate hotel for an overnight stay with a good clean room with all facilities, a pub type bar and free coffee and tea facilities in the lobby.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
